Refund and Returns Policy

At Maple Vale Studio, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our refund and returns policy below.

Return window

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear without original hygiene protection, earrings, bodysuits, and certain intimate or personal items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or where required by applicable law.

Gift cards, final sale items, and clearance products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless required by law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered, please contact us at returns@maplevalestudio.ca as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where available.

How to request a return

To request a return, please email returns@maplevalestudio.ca with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved change-of-mind returns.

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, store credit, or reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or style, we recommend returning the eligible item and placing a new order.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your province or territory of residence.
