We currently ship within Canada and to selected international destinations. Shipping availability may vary depending on your location and the products ordered.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are approximate only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations, destination, customs processing, weather events, labour disruptions, and other external factors.

Shipping rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, selected shipping option, and items in your order. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time subject to stated conditions.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect shipping information

Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us at support@maplevalestudio.ca. We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist where possible.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and related fees may apply depending on the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
